Free Local Delivery Terms and Conditions 

• Free local delivery is available exclusively to business customers with an active business credit account at The Printer Shop. To apply for a business credit account - Click Here

• The delivery must be within the local area defined as the Tamworth CBD and nearby areas. Specific delivery zones may apply, and The Printer Shop reserves the right to adjust these zones at any time.

• A minimum order value of $50 (inc. GST) is required to qualify for free local delivery.
• To qualify for free local delivery, customers must select the "local delivery" option at checkout when ordering online, or request it when placing an order over the phone.
• Free local delivery is typically made within 1–2 business days after your order is processed, depending on the delivery location and order volume.
• Free local delivery applies only to cartridge products purchased through The Printer Shop for business use.
• Delivery is subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will special order the product and deliver once arrived. We will notify the customer of any possible delays. 
• The Printer Shop reserves the right to charge for delivery on orders that fall outside the eligible delivery zones or if the delivery address is deemed ineligible for free delivery. We DO NOT deliver to Coledale. 
• Customers must ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and accessible. The Printer Shop is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or inaccessible addresses. If no one is available at time of delivery and an attempt has been made to deliver, we will return your order to store where it will be available for collection. 
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available at the delivery address to accept the order during delivery hours. We will contact you with an estimated time of delivery, generally delivery times will be between 4-5pm Mon-Fri.
• The Printer Shop reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free local delivery offer at any time without notice. Any changes to these terms will be communicated to business customers through appropriate channels.
